Ways to work with me

My practice combines evidence-based technique with a sensitivity to the nuances of the human condition and positionality. My goal is for each session to be a quiet invitation to realign mind, body, and spirit.

Clients can pay with self-pay or any of the following insurances: United Medicare Healthcare Advantage, United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Carleon Behavioral Health, Cigna. If you are not sure if I take your insurance, you can find out here.

$125 per 60-minute session, $60 per 30 min session, $170 per 90 min session

I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic theory, and narrative therapy to support you in a deeper understanding of your Self.

So much of individual psychotherapy is successful through the relationship between therapist and client. I invest deeply in understanding client’s perspective, with curiosity.

I incorporate discussions of spirituality when appropriate. I am sex and kink positive, HIV/AIDS+ and sex worker aligned.

Individual Psychotherapy

$125 per session, $900 for 10 session packet

A somatic trauma therapy, we reprocess traumatic/challenging memories and negative false beliefs you have so you can stay present, move forward, and leaving the past behind.

I love this therapy modality because it is entirely client led through free association. All you need is your body, your limbic system, and willingness to build new neural pathways.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Free with any therapy or coaching session

I am trained in a gentle 5 point non-verbal acupuncture protocol in the ear to support with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, substance cravings and withdrawals. People usually sit for 10-40 mins with points in their ears for increased calmness and a discovery of inner quiet and strength.
